Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy​

If you must cancel, please give us 24 hours notice. Cancellation/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

"No show" appointments may be subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service.


To guarantee your appointment all clients must have a credit card on file prior to booking an appointment for any service. Please Note: Credit card will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or request to reschedule without a 24 hour notice, or a "no show".

Upon checkout, clients may choose to pay by Cash or Check.


Please note that by making an appointment you are agreeing to our cancellation/rescheduling policy. You authorize Lashes by Fotini (Fotini Filinis) to charge your credit card on file per cancellation policy.


Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for products sold, packages or services rendered.

Appointments

Every minute counts! Being on time and having clean lashes ensures the maximum time for lash application. Please try to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure you receive your full appointment time without any eye makeup. ​A lash refill is defined as the addition of no more than 50% of replacement lashes. If you have lost more than 50% of your lash extensions since your last fill, additional time may be needed at an additional cost. 

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals will be serviced for the remainder of your allotted appointment time. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Please be advised that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect
